Get ready San Francisco! For the first time in six years, the San Francisco Democratic Party is hosting a mayoral debate.
Moderated by veteran KRON 4 reporter Terisa Estacio, this is your chance to hear directly from five candidates – London Breed, Mark Farrell, Daniel Lurie, Aaron Peskin, and Ahsha Safai – on the issues that matter to San Franciscans.
Our debate is free and open to the public. There will also be opportunities to connect with some of San Francisco’s Democratic clubs, the San Francisco Democratic Party, and of course, the mayoral campaigns.
Please note: You will need to bring a government issued ID in order to be able to enter the UC Law San Francisco building.
Doors open at 6:30 pm. Debate begins promptly at 7:30 pm. Seating in the main auditorium is first come, first serve, with additional seating in CCTV overflow rooms.
We can’t wait to see you on June 17 at 730PM at UC Law San Francisco.
About the moderator
Terisa Estacio is a KRON4 general assignment reporter and special assignment reporter for KRONon. She joined the station in 2002.
Terisa came to KRON4 from CBS News in Houston, Texas, where she was a national correspondent. Some highlights from her career in Houston include reporting on the 2000 Presidential election and the Timothy McVeigh execution, and reporting from Australia and Panama.
Prior to CBS, Estacio worked at KTLA-TV in Los Angeles as a General Assignment Reporter and Anchor. Before that, she worked as a White House correspondent for Tribune Broadcasting in Washington, D.C.
